Landscape Team Leader and team member /hardscape/snow plowing Shampney & Sons Four Seasons Landscaping LLC 27 Depot St, Center Barnstead, NH 03225 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specifications. Oversee lawn care operations, including mowing, fertilizing, and pest control. Manage garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding to enhance aesthetic appeal. Lead landscape maintenance efforts including irrigation system management and tree care. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely by team members. Train new employees on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of horticulture. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, garden design principles, and tree care practices. Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape construction methods. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Qualifications:

• Preferred a driver’s license
• Must have prior landscaping and snow removal experience
• Ability to work within a team
• Prior plowing experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds Type of work:
• Hardscape knowledge
• Mowing residential and commercial properties
• Fall and Spring clean up
• General lawn maintenance
• Planting and removal of plants, shrubs, and trees
• Snow removal in the winter we are looking to add for the following position do to growing
