The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful hardscapes. This role involves overseeing various landscaping tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily hardscaping operations, including setting grade, installing retaining walls, patios and granite steps. Manage construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and that the site is organized and efficient. Runing of excavators, skid steers and loaders as part of the projects. Utilize LMN for project planning and documentation to ensure accurate execution of designs. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project quotes and timelines. Implement techniques for installing pathways, patios, or other hardscape elements. Knowledge of low voltage light and installation of transformers. Ensure quality control by inspecting work performed by team members and providing constructive feedback. Restore existing landscapes as needed, bringing new life to tired outdoor spaces. Experience Proven experience in hardscaping or related fields with a strong understanding of ICPI and landscape design principles. Familiarity with construction estimating and reading blueprints Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
