We have a total of 3 project managers and are looking for additional experienced hands to help lead our crew of 25+. We are on track to complete 3-4 million in projects and recurring work this year and need some help as our company grows. Looking for someone who is experienced with landscape construction and can run a crew effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistant Project Manager Duties:
Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating landscaping projects. Communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates with team members and clients. Ensure materials and equipment are available for scheduled tasks. Monitor project progress and report any challenges to the Project Manager. Lead a team of crew members in the execution of landscaping and irrigation projects. Supervise on-site work to ensure quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. Provide hands-on assistance with tasks such as irrigation, planting, grading, and hardscaping. Conduct daily site inspections to verify that work is on schedule and completed to specifications. Teach and train field technicians Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in landscaping project management
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and project plans. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment. Good safety and driving record Valid Driver’s License Good personal and professional references from previous work experience. References required.
