Groundskeeper / Landscaping Supervisor – Year Round Position 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 33 Christian Avenue, Concord, NH 03301 At Havenwood Heritage Heights, we take pride in our beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure our grounds are well-kept and visually appealing. We are looking for a year-round Groundskeeper/Landscaping Supervisor to work alongside and lead our team and maintain the high standards we strive for. Your leadership and hands-on expertise will ensure our facilities look their best year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside and lead a team in maintaining outdoor spaces. Assign and oversee daily tasks and ensure they are completed according to schedule and quality standards. Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintain and repair equipment and tools as needed. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for landscaping, trees, and other outdoor features. Train, mentor, and provide support to team members. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines. Handle inventory and order supplies for groundskeeping operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of turf care, plants, irrigation systems, and outdoor maintenance equipment. NH Pesticide License Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
