Landscape/Mowing Team Lead Position Available In Strafford, New Hampshire

Landscape/Mowing Team Lead GreatView Landscape Co. Barrington, NH 03825 We are currently seeking Team Leads for our landscape and mowing crews. Responsibilities;

• ensuring tasks are completed to company standards in a timely manner
• responsible for proper use of equipment
• ensure company policies are being followed by team members
• ability to delegate and work while managing
• ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted by end of work day.
• other collateral duties that may be assigned by mgmt. team based on your talents The ideal candidate will have the following traits;

• ability to multi task using good time management.
• ability to deal with customers in all situations Work Experience ;
• Must be proficient multiple using zero turn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, edging beds, installing mulch, plants, bushes and trees.
• Must be able to communicate with management and customers. Demonstrate professionalism at ALL times.
• Ability to address mechanical issues in the field with instruction
• Candidate MUST have a valid drivers license and be insurable! Pay rate : $20
• $30 per hour.
