Overview:

We are seeking a skilled lawn Mowing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in lawn care, groundskeeping, and supervising, with a passion for maintaining and enhancing landscapes. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team to build and maintain outdoor spaces while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crew
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and irrigation
• Lead the team in planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Ensure proper care of lawns and grounds
• Inspect work progress to meet quality standards
• Train new team members on landscaping techniques
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
• Ability to build and maintain landscapes according to design plans
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care practices
