Overview:

Extreme Green Landscape + Design is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardscaping Foreman to join our rapidly growing team as we expand into hardscaping services. This role requires expertise in projects such as retaining walls, walkways, patios, and masonry work, along with the flexibility to assist with general landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will take a leadership role, ensuring projects are executed with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute hardscaping projects, including retaining walls, walkways, patios, and other masonry features. Read and interpret project plans, ensuring accurate implementation of designs and grading requirements. Operate tools and equipment, including skid steers and hand tools, essential for hardscaping and landscaping tasks. Lead a crew, providing hands-on direction and ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality results. Plan and coordinate materials, schedules, and equipment to meet project deadlines. Perform landscaping duties as needed, such as lawn care, planting, and maintenance. Implement and oversee underground drainage systems as required for projects. Drive and back up trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in hardscaping, including retaining walls, patios, walkways, and masonry. Proficiency in reading plans, understanding grades, and working with underground drainage systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage crews effectively. Skilled in operating skid steers and using various hand tools. Must be able to speak English fluently. Possession of a valid Social Security number or ITIN. Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Why Join Us? $25-$35/hour depending on experience 50-60 hours a week Paid Overtime How to
