The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape management and construction, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure timely completion of projects. Plan and execute landscape designs, including planting, irrigation, and hardscape installation. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Perform tasks such as caulking, stucco application, concrete finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, electrical work, and carpentry as needed. Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any maintenance needs promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all job sites. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping or related construction field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in various landscaping techniques including caulking, stucco work, concrete finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, electrical installations, carpentry, and heavy equipment operation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
