Responsibilities Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and tree care. Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion. Plan and execute landscape installation projects, including the building of new gardens and irrigation systems. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress. Train new team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all landscaping tasks. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance and management, with a strong understanding of horticulture practices. Demonstrated ability to supervise a team effectively, showcasing leadership qualities that inspire productivity. Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and garden design principles is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
