Summary We are seeking a Forman to join our team at Cultural Landscapes, Inc. In this role, you will oversee a small crew of three to complete landscaping and grounds maintenance projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish. Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and efficiency. Manage a team of three landscapers, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee the maintenance of gardens, and other outdoor spaces. Implement irrigation systems and ensure proper watering practices are followed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
