Forman/Operator Carr’s Property Maintenance Paoli, PA 19301 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Crew Member to oversee residential and commercial landscaping projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site crews, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This role is essential in maintaining workflow, quality, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of landscaping and property maintenance. Duties Supervise day-to-day landscaping operations and ensure work is completed on schedule. Collaborate with the owner to develop job schedules and allocate crew members and equipment effectively. Estimate time and materials needed for various landscaping jobs, including mowing, trimming, cleanups, and planting. Read and understand property layouts and customer requests to accurately execute landscaping plans. Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment. Train and mentor team members on landscaping best practices, proper equipment use, and safety standards. Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to keep projects moving smoothly. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the landscaping or outdoor property maintenance industry. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and seasonal tasks. Ability to assess job sites and determine the most efficient approach to complete the work. Understanding of basic property layouts and the ability to follow customer instructions accurately. Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, professional worksite. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
