Full Job Description Description:
Support the course 1st Assistant and Superintendent and will be trained to perform chemical and fertilizer applications on the golf courses and grounds. Assist with the day to day operations of the golf courses and ongoing projects.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Have an anything is possible attitude Willingness to learn Enjoys producing pristine golf course conditions Pesticide Application Training (if applicable) Irrigation Repair Training (if applicable) Performs special projects and additional duties as assigned. Conducts all work in compliance with OSHA standards, guidelines, personal protective equipment etc. Complies with all Resort policies and procedures. Operates and maintains golf course equipment when necessary. Follows all state and local safety and environmental standards. Other duties as directed.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Possess strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Minimum 1 year experience working on a golf course Ability to work flexible schedule and long hours when necessary. Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
