CSI Erosion, a recognized leader in the erosion control industry, is looking for motivated individuals ready to lead in the field and grow into management. We are currently hiring a Crew Leader / Manager in Training to support daily operations while developing leadership skills for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities:
Act as a key on-site representative, coordinating directly with contractors and ensuring project expectations are met. Promote and enforce all company safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Manage and review daily work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion. Operate job site equipment (skid steer operation preferred). Maintain a clean job site and manage material usage. Take initiative and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow into a management role. Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior knowledge of BMPs (Best Management Practices) is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record for the past 3 years (MVR will be verified). Ability to obtain a DOT Physical Card upon hire. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Drug-free – all applicants must pass a drug screening.
