un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Estate Manager (Wasmalaw SC) Edisto River ‹ image 1 of 7 › compensation: Based on experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Estate Manager Full-Time Estate & Grounds Manager – Private Residence (Wasmalaw) We are seeking a responsible, hands-on individual to manage a large private residence and approximately 15 acres of land. This role requires a self-starter with strong skills in property care, grounds maintenance, and light residential repairs.
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep of gardens and grounds
- Operation and basic maintenance of small tractors, mowers, and power tools
- Routine residential maintenance and minor repairs (basic plumbing, painting, etc.)
- Receiving packages and managing deliveries
- Coordinating with outside contractors as needed
- Ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and organized year-round
Requirements:
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or estate maintenance
- Ability to operate small machinery and perform physical tasks outdoors
- Dependable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently
- Basic handyman skills
- Strong communication skills
