Ables Landscapes, an award-winning landscape company in Charleston, SC, is seeking a motivated, talented, and experienced individual to join our Landscape Construction Installation Division as a Project Manager. Based in Hollywood, SC, Ables Landscapes has been creating beautiful outdoor living spaces for high-end residential homes in the Lowcountry for over 45 years by providing high-end Design, Build, and Maintenance services. Responsibilities Communicate directly with our Director of Landscape Installation to monitor budgets, plans, and timelines of installation projects. Effectively build and maintain trust-based professional relationships. Work with vendors and crews to ensure that resources and services are delivered according to plan specifications, on schedule, and with a high standard of quality. Review processes to facilitate accurate project tracking. Serve as the main point of contact for customers on project installations; gather and analyze customer needs and interests while providing them with clear and easy-to-understand information throughout the installation process. Inspect field work, analyze, and resolve issues that arise. Assist with managing tools and equipment, storage, operation, and maintenance. Ensure that employees are both results-oriented and operating as a team. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with computer software programs including LMN Time, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry with extensive field and build experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, or Construction Management. Experience managing production software such as Landscape Management Network Time (LMN). Ability to monitor performance indicators for self and team as per company standards; timely entry and maintenance of metrics and measurements. Desire to represent Ables Landscapes in a professional manner at all times. Advanced knowledge of trees, landscape plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices (preferred). Bilingual (English and Spanish) (preferred). Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Benefits Standard paid holiday after 90 days. 401K with a 4% match after six months.
