Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will utilize your core skills in landscape maintenance and supervising to lead a team effectively. Your premium skills in leadership and horticulture will enhance team performance, while your relevant expertise in lawn care, irrigation, and groundskeeping will ensure the upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces. A valid driver’s license is required for this position, as you will be responsible for transporting equipment and team members to various job sites. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of landscape maintenance including, mowing, pruning, fertilizing, disease prevention and irrigation. Responsibilities Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in tasks such as lawn care, tree care, and irrigation management. Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to maintain aesthetic appeal and health of plants. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
