Landscape Project Manager Cruz Lawn and Tree 2468 Cape Rd, Johns Island, SC 29455 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish. If you have at least 3 years of managerial experience in landscaping and a solid background in areas such as plant installation, irrigation systems, lighting systems, and system repairs, we want to hear from you! This role requires excellent leadership skills to supervise teams effectively while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Duties Plan, execute, and finalize landscaping projects according to deadlines and budget constraints. Manage landscaping projects from beginning to end, ensuring client satisfaction and quality results Oversee crews, ensuring the efficient and safe completion of tasks Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns Handle scheduling, bidding, and job management tasks Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, including conducting safety training for all crew members Resolve any conflicts that arise with professionalism, dignity, and grace Work collaboratively with the team and manage projects autonomously when necessary Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience managing landscaping projects Experience in multiple landscaping areas (plant installation, irrigation, lighting systems, system repairs) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, employees, and contractors Ability to schedule, bid, and manage multiple projects efficiently Experience overseeing crews and ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time Proficient in ensuring safety protocols are followed and providing safety training to teams Ability to resolve conflicts in a peaceful and professional manner, maintaining a positive work environment Ability to work independently and with a team to complete projects successfully Spanish-speaking skills are a plus Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check Why Join Us?
