The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, ensuring that our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct regular maintenance checks on pool equipment to ensure proper operation. Repair and maintain various pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Monitor water quality and chemical levels, making necessary adjustments as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment used during each visit. Qualifications Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance practices. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting client needs. Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
