Responsible for training, management and supervision of all Food Service Workers assigned at the contract site. Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintain work areas, equipment kitchen utensils and cookware in a clean and sanitary condition under the supervision of the Project Manager. Assists Project Manager with creating and maintaining reports and records as required.
