Summary As a Landscaping Crew Leader at 35° North Landscape Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a landscape maintenance crew and leading a team of skilled professionals. This position is essential for ensuring the successful execution of landscape maintenance tasks while upholding our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of landscapers to execute routine landscape maintenance. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mow, trimming, blowing, etc. Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. Train team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and equipment use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide solutions. Perform regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with project specifications. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles, with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
