This is a key leadership role that requires deep irrigation service experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the service crew, ensuring all techs are on time Answer incoming service calls and schedule all service appointments Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies Keep stockroom organized and up to date Hold regular meetings with the service team to ensure clear communication and efficiency Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction across all service work Work closely with customers to provide solutions and updates on service calls
Required Experience & Skills:
