Role:
Color Burst Landscapes is seeking a reliable and motivated Flower Department Crew Leader/Foreman to lead our flower maintenance crew. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring our commercial properties look their best throughout the growing season.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a crew in maintaining annual flower beds across multiple properties Perform tasks such as weeding, deadheading flowers, and removing debris, leaves, and trash from beds Follow a daily schedule via Aspire and accurately clock in/out of each job site Communicate property issues or concerns back to the department manager Assist with the installation of seasonal flower jobs during the off-season
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license Prior landscaping or horticulture experience is a plus, especially with seasonal color Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to lead a team and work independently
