We are passionate about landscape design, hardscaping, plant installations, irrigation, pool construction, and outdoor lighting for our clients. We have an exciting opportunity for a career & growth-minded Landscaping Manager to join our team. This role will lead 9 crews including landscape, hardscape, and subcontractors. In addition, this role will manage project managers to ensure high-quality outcomes on installation and design build projects. Landscaping Manager:
5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience in a large high-end residential design build division 3+ years of experience leading a production team, including building team culture and driving profitability of projects Demonstrated knowledge of landscape processes for high-end residential projects design/build or other construction projects Basic knowledge of plants and procurement terminology Experience leading multiple in-house crews and subcontractor teams
Responsibilities of Landscaping Manager:
Leading and managing the Landscape Production team including, scheduling and execution of all installation, construction or design/build projects across 9 crews Providing support and instruction on complex landscape construction projects Leveraging systems such as Aspire to make data-driven decisions Manages subcontractors and internal crews to ensure quality work and appropriate timelines Coaching and developing team members including crews, crew leaders and project managers Completing quality assurance checks on all projects and properties
