Summary We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team at Rex Howard’s Landscaping & Excavating, LLC. In this role, you will oversee and work with a maintenance crew, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of crew members on various properties. Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations. Utilize tools such as RealGreen to document and manage property upkeep. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain project integrity. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Assist in training new crew members on company procedures and safety practices.
Service work:
Performs lawncare servicework including aerations, seeding, fertilizing, spraying, bed maintenance, pruning plants as needed, pulling weeds and blowing hard surfaces. Keeping assigned vehicle neat and orderly. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Positive attitude is a must. Valid and in good standing drivers license. Background check if needed.
