Hardscape Landscape Foreman Sojourn Resorts Sevierville, TN 37864 About us At Sojourn Resorts we are developing a micro-lodging/Tiny Home parks in Sevierville. Each tiny home resemble cute cottages built on a transportable frame. We will be ready for opening in Summer 2025. With around 30 homes, it will include amenities like viewing decks, hot tubs, food trucks, walking trails, fire pits

• everything you would need for an unforgettable vacation.

We are looking for a Hardscape-Landscape Foreman that can assist us in implementing projects in our properties. We have our own crew and equipment and are looking for design ideas primarily in the areas of designing walkways, boundary fencing, firepits, sitting areas, dog park, put-put golf, outdoor kitchen, retaining walls etc. . We are looking for a local individual with significant experience designing and laying out RV parks .. Ideally someone that worked in a landscaping company and looking at making some additional income on the side.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a landscape designer/artist in parks, resorts etc.
• Aware of local architecture of the Smoky Mountains
• Ability to manage a team of landscapers
