Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations of pool service technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Oversee pool cleaning processes, ensuring that pools are maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor staff on proper techniques for pool maintenance, equipment repair, and customer service. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for daily operations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balance requirements. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to pool service tasks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
