Summary As an Irrigation Technician / Crew Member at Southern Lawn, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing irrigation systems and helping other crews for our clients’ landscapes. This position is crucial for ensuring the health and beauty of lawns and gardens throughout our service areas. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Collaborate with landscape teams to design irrigation plans that meet the needs of various plants and lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations and repairs. Monitor weather conditions to adjust irrigation schedules accordingly for optimal water usage. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to irrigation systems. Work along side landscape crew when help is needed. Requirements Proven experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape management. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair irrigation equipment is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
