They operate weedeater, edger, (standing, push, zero turn) mower, blower, and hedge trimmers. A BLI Crew Member takes ownership, seeks to provide excellent customer service, and promotes BLI core values of professionalism, quality, accountability, efficiency, and safety. Orientation, Onboarding, and training will be held at our Mobile office. Day to day tasks Drive work vehicles to and from sites Follow written and verbal instructions from the Crew Leader and Managers. Operate with a team and individually on tasks Maintaining gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, spraying, raking, blowing and weeding Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles Pull and spray weeds on sites Adhere to all safety precautions You must… Enjoy working outside and be active! Operate equipment, including weedeater, edger, trimmers leaf blowers Have a valid Drivers License (required) Pass DOT Physical Lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing Good driving record to be on company insurance Works well independently and with a team Pass a

Pre-Employment Drug Test Education and Experience:
