We are seeking a hardworking, experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Installation Crewmember to join our team. This role is responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality landscapes, including softscapes, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting. If you have experience in landscape installation, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and other softscape elements according to design plans. Construct and install hardscapes, including pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and patios. Assist with irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. Set up and maintain outdoor lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors. Ensure proper grading, drainage, and soil preparation for plant health. Follow project timelines and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies while on-site.
Experience:
1-3 years of landscape installation or related experience preferred.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, and carry 50+ lbs regularly. Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform strenuous physical tasks.
Skills:
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating heavy equipment.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with a crew and follow instructions from supervisors.
Driver’s License:
