The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and abilities to learn new skills. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, wetland work, and hardscape installation, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing as Well as environmentally friendly Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the landscape. Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize mechanical tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Dig trenches for planting or drainage purposes as needed. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of lawn care practices including fertilization, pest control, and irrigation systems is a plus.
