Key Responsibilities:
Turf & Landscape Maintenance:
Meticulously trim, edge, and mow the golf courses and resort grounds, ensuring precise lines, pristine fairways, and an overall immaculate appearance.
Planting & Pruning:
Expertly plant and maintain grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs, shaping them through skilled pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth and visual appeal.
Chemical Application:
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees, adhering to safety protocols to enhance plant health and prevent pest issues.
Irrigation & Drainage:
Set up and maintain irrigation systems, water lawns and flower beds appropriately, and clean drainage ditches and culverts to prevent waterlogging.
Grounds Maintenance:
Keep the resort grounds, walkways, and beaches spotless by removing debris, raking and bagging leaves, and ensuring all outdoor spaces remain inviting.
Equipment Operation & Repair:
Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and blowers. Perform minor repairs on fences, gates, walls, and walkways as needed.
