Lawn Crew Member MH Lawn Care Greenville, AL 36037 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn maintenance, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. This role involves performing a range of tasks to ensure the upkeep and beautification of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a clean and attractive appearance. Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Build and maintain hardscape features, ensuring they are functional and visually appealing. Dig holes for planting or installing landscape features as needed. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure efficiency on the job. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
