Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Helper to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our lawns and landscapes. Your expertise in lawn care and maintenance will contribute to creating a visually appealing outdoor environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain the appearance of lawns
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to promote healthy growth and control weeds
• Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and promote proper growth
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and plants
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape
• Clean up debris and leaves from lawns and garden beds
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time

Skills:

• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
• Proficiency in groundskeeping tasks such as tree care, pruning, and planting
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
• Experience in landscape maintenance is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Ability to follow directions
