Responsibilities:
Daily clean interior and exterior areas of the facilityPerform additional seasonal cleaning assignmentsRemove trash and debris from the propertyShovel, plow or use a snowblower to remove snow in the winter and salt walkways to keep areas safeMow the lawn with riding or push mowersTrim and edge around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks, and buildingsWeed, thin, and clean flower beds and other areas by hand or utilize proper toolsFertilize and mulch lawns, trees, flowers, and shrubsMaintain turf and irrigationOperate trucks, lifts, and power toolsConduct irrigation audits and repairs
Position Requirements:
