POSITION SUMMARY

The LakeScape Landscape Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site aspects of landscape construction projects, including project execution, planning for labor and equipment requirements, materials deliveries, and timing to ensure completion of jobs within project deadlines. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Ability to keep crews aligned and complete jobs on time and on budget.
• Time tracking, material tracking, and metric reporting for jobs and crew members.
• Maintain and enforce attention to detail and organization for jobs, equipment, trucks and worksites.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints and interpret specifications from plans and renderings.
• Communication with clients, management, sales and crews to ensure alignment and completion of projects with high client satisfaction.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out safely and efficiently and all crew members comply with company, industry and governmental safety standards
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the landscape or construction industry.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Must posses a valid drivers’ license or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hiring.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel and squat to perform installations, repairs and inspections.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

$21.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
