Primary Responsibilities Include:
Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. Empty trash receptacles as needed Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.
Requirements:
