Job Summary:

Alabama landscape is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our landscape maintenance crew. As a Landscape Maintenance Laborer, you’ll help keep residential and commercial properties looking their best by performing routine lawn care and landscaping tasks. No experience? No problem — we’re happy to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, trim edges, weed garden beds, and blow off walkways
• Use landscaping equipment like mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Assist with seasonal cleanups, mulching, pruning, and plant care
• Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and work as part of a team
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Ensure properties are clean and presentable after each visit

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
• No prior experience required, but landscaping experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
