Role:

This isn’t your average foreman role. We’re looking for a 9.5/10 performer —someone who thrives on responsibility, owns results, and builds a team culture that others want to be part of. You’ll oversee 2 maintenance crews and be the key communicator between clients, crew members, and management. You’ll manage daily schedules, crew performance, and simple client communications (like schedule tweaks and quick feedback).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage two maintenance crews (4-7 total team members).

Ensure daily job readiness:

routing, materials, and execution to spec. Handle on-the-fly scheduling adjustments and minor weather impacts. Communicate with clients as needed (text/email updates, property notes, etc.). Train and mentor crew leads and technicians. Conduct site checks and quality control audits weekly. Report KPI performance and feedback to Operations Manager. Proactively solve problems—before they become problems.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years experience in lawn/landscape maintenance with team leadership. Sharp attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. A proactive leader who holds the line on standards.

Comfortable with tech:

GPS routing, time tracking apps, basic scheduling tools.

Strong communicator:

can handle client text/email with clarity and professionalism. Ready to grow. Hungry for responsibility. Long-term vision.
