Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role or similar position. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

Experience in a hospitality or residential setting. Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and safety protocols. First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with moving in and out, including transporting their belongings safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces. Respond to resident requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure the facility is in top condition. Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
