Grounds Maintenance Technician Vickers Lawns 28650 Reyer Rd, Ardmore, AL 35739 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping practices. This role involves maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial properties through various groundskeeping tasks. Duties As a Lawn Technician, your responsibilities will include: Performing mowing and trimming of lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Implementing groundskeeping tasks such as weeding, edging, and mulching. Utilizing hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping projects. Assisting in the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conducting snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties. Irrigating lawns and gardens to promote healthy growth and sustainability. Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborating with team members to complete landscape design projects efficiently. Experience The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with using hand tools and landscaping equipment effectively.
