The ideal candidate must have experience pressure washing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for facility and grounds maintenance. The Groundskeeper makes sure that our public areas are clean and welcoming for guests. While the schedule is flexible, hours must include 6a-10a at least 2 days per week. Additional hours can be performed before or after that timeframe. Duties Pressure wash concrete Clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and landscape to maintain cleanliness Occasionally wash windows Perform other light maintenance under the guidance of our Facility Superintendent Requirements Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance. Experience with a surface cleaner and pressure washer. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in work. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Proficient in English.
