Pay starts between $15 and $18 an hour, based on experience. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and upkeep of property grounds. Responsibilities Perform mowing and lawn care activities to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching. Utilize equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in tree and bush trimming to promote healthy growth and appearance. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Qualifications Previous experience in mowing, lawn care, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with equipment used in landscaping is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time in very hot / cold conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
