This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping. The Grounds Crew is essential in ensuring that our facilities are visually appealing, safe, and well-maintained throughout the year. Duties Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Carry out general groundskeeping tasks including weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs. Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal as needed. Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Utilize mechanical knowledge for the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe. Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Collaborate with team members to ensure all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Qualifications Previous experience in mowing, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus.
