The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and ensuring the grounds are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the landscape by performing regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various groundskeeping tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding. Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure proper hydration of plants. Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist in landscape maintenance projects including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter. Collaborate with team members to execute seasonal landscaping projects. Skills Proficient in using power tools and hand tools related to groundskeeping tasks. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation techniques. Strong understanding of lawn care principles and garden management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
