We need contractors to cover Huntsville, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Florence, Shelby & Piedmont. If you have experience in property preservation or related fields, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Securing and boarding up properties.
- Winterization services.
- Lock change and install doorknob (Experience with HUD keys and MFS supplies is preferred)
- Lawn maintenance and debris removal.
- Cleaning and repair work (as needed).
- Providing detailed documentation with before/after photos.
- Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to client guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Own basic tools and equipment
- Smartphone or digital camera for photo documentation.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Experience in property preservation, construction, or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently and efficiently.
