Lawn Care Crew Member Jonesboro Lawn Care 107 Brooks St, Brookland, AR 72417 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces are kept in excellent condition. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscape aesthetics. Utilize power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers effectively and safely. Assist with tree care activities including tree trimming and maintenance to promote healthy growth. Engage in garden maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the overall appearance of outdoor spaces. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and basic mechanical repairs when necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met consistently. Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the day. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
