Job Description
Landscape Technician Fay-Ark Lawn Co. Fayetteville, AR 72704 Be on a crew of 2-4 people to install and cleanup landscapes in Northwest Arkansas. You will have the opportunity to grow into a foreman role. Our shop is located in west Fayetteville. Must have clean driving record, and valid ID. Monday-Friday work schedule. 40+ hours a week. Paid holidays, PTO, 401k match, 4 bonus opportunities yearly, new equipment and trucks. We are a fast growing company looking for great people who enjoy landscaping & leading people.
Job Duties:
Perform landscaping task including the following but not limited to: Mowing, weedeating, edging, and blowing Maintain & plant flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs Perform the work as planned & discussed with your foreman Assist crew in loading, unloading, organizing your truck setup. Perform snow clearing & salting services in the winter Use hand tools, and small engine equipment to perform landscape & maintenance jobs efficiently & safely.
Qualifications:
Must be a team player, wanting to come to a place where you love the outdoors & helping people. Ability to use small engine equipment, mowers, etc; Machinery Experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, and highly organized Knowledge of the green industry, how to maintain lawns, flowerbeds, trees, etc; This job description is providing an overview of the position, the job task may change depending on the company’s needs.
