Overview:
Must have previous experience in softscaping & hardscaping, must be able to drive with a trailer & obtain or have a drivers medical card. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team in Farmington CT. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate power tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, and mulching
- Mow and edge lawns to maintain a neat and manicured appearance
- Assist with tree care, including trimming branches and removing dead trees
- Operate power tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Proficient in operating power tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
