Hardscaper/Landscaper Get Good Lawn Care Watertown, CT 06795 About Us Were a growing landscaping company seeking a reliable and experienced Hardscape Installer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and clearing work areas Load, unload, and transport materials (pavers, stone, gravel, etc.) Operate hand and power tools (shovels, saws, levels, compactors) Build and install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Follow site plans, blueprints, and crew lead instructions Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on time Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Perform other landscaping or construction-related duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in hardscape or landscape installation required Comfortable using construction tools and small equipment Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and follow directions What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime and advancement Supportive team environment On-the-job training and skill development to join a great team that values hard work, craftsmanship, and respect
