Lawn Care Crew Leader High Ridge Snow Removal LLC DBA Humphrey Land And Lawn Stonington, CT 06378 Humphrey Land & Lawn Is Looking To Add Experienced Members To It’s Team This Spring. Come Improve Commercial And Residential Properties In The Beautiful Town Of Stonington, CT. ~ Main Duties

• Effectively manage crew members to efficiently complete daily mowing route
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, edger, string trimmer, mower, and backpack blower
• Enforcement of company safety program
• Safely transport crew and equipment from site to site
• Mentor and train crew members while adhering to company standards
• Manage crew equipment to ensure proper maintenance schedule
• Perform effective time management and tracking
• Complete paperwork and mobile applications as required
• Promptly and respectfully communicate with customers to address their concerns, feedback and/or questions
• Adhere to schedules and routes per management direction ~ Other Duties
• Assist landscape division as needed
• During winter months, snow removal as required

Full-time Pay:

$23.00

• $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40
• 45 per week
